ARTI KAPIL is currently Professor of the Department of Microbiology, All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi. She has been engaged in full time teaching of undergraduate and postgraduate students for close to 30 years.  She has also been involved in Hospital Service in the Clinical Microbiology Laboratory and Hospital Infection Control for more than a decade.
